Hi all. My late father named the house he built in 1952 “Rockall”, because it was built on solid rock. His naming has stood the test of time, because, 56 years later, the brick house has not one crack in it! I sure would like to work the IOTA if activated, and will look for you from Cape Town in 2009. Good luck Andy and Col! This is going to be a tough one. But what an adventure, and an achievement that people will talk about for years. Afraid I can’t afford a trip from the States, but do hope to meet you on the air.

I’m sure it will take you some time to get organized and you won’t go till the summer, but imagine if you went while KP5 was active…and had a QSO with that operation! Now that would be a unique conversation.
