David.. ZK3 is the correct prefix for Tokelaus. Check the ARRL Countries List. Prior to 1984 it was ZM7. Tokelaus allocations fall within the overall NZ allocation just as do Chatham, Niue and Kermadec…
Pacific Tour:
Find Ulli, DL2AH, and Willi, DJ7RJ, in September through November 2008 touring the Pacific.
They estimate an arrival on Tokelau in the timeframe September 2nd to 5th.
Willi has been on the Tokelaus before and estimates to reactivate his former call ZK3MW.
They will continue on Nukunonu (OC-048 ) until September 29th, followed by Apia, Samoa, for the further planning. They will continue on different routes.
Willi has time until October 20th to visit another Island, perhaps Wallis & Futuna or Marquesas. Plans or depending on flight plans and lodging
possibilities.
Ulli will continue to Manua Islands (OC-077), US-Samoa, for October 7th through 27th time frame as KH8/DL2AH.
Finally he intends to go to Tonga, October 29th through November 9th, call to be announced. Ulli primarily will be on vacation with his FT-897 and Windom dipole.
As before he will be on SSB mainly, with some RTTY. QSOs will be confirmed after his return,
direct or via Buro.
While Willi,DJ7RJ, already left Tokelau (OC-048) Ulli,DL2AH, is still
active as ZK3AH until Sep 29. The best condx to EU are on 30m/40m.
If Willi finds accommodation on the Marquesas (OC-027) he will spend
the rest of his holidays there. Willi has to return to Los Angeles on
Oct 20.
I am researching a possible dxpedition to Tokelau and to Western Samoa, I lived in Apia when I was a teenager.
I am after any information and support that can be offered.
I also have friends from Tokelau.
Serge 3XM6JR & Alex 3XD2Z will be QRV from Guinea, end August "for the next few years".160-6 meters CW, SSB and RTTY PSK & SSTV(3XM6JR).

I thought ZK3 was a New Zealand allocation?
Sept 7 - 29
Willi, DJ7RJ and Ulrich, DL2AH should be QRV as ZK3MW and ZK3AH, respectively, for at least three weeks.
QSL to home calls.
