VP8CGM will be operating from the Falkland Islands (IOTA SA 002) between July – October 2008 (Short works contract). The station has access to club equipment (voice only) and will be active on 40 and 20 metres as propigation permits. Operations restricted to long wire (beam lost/damaged by strong winds).
