   The Balkans still is a powder keg.
   Strangers walking around with torches are no help.
   You could see it on the cluster.
   Maybe FJ, Saint Barthelemy has no problems,
   but KOSOVA has.
   And why (- likewise FJ) not let the locals do
   the first step on the radio bands ?
