		<description>I&#039;m guessing that PR China will build up the reef rather than lose their territorial rights due to rising sea levels.

I think this has been done to some of the Spratly Islands and also by Japan to Okino Torishima.</description>

i agree with Maury and second that , BS7H Rocks are excactly similar to Akhziv Islands (Rocks) IOTA AS-100 , No arguements here , just look at the map , So....i think Akhziv Islands (Rocks) should be the Nxt 338 DXCC ...huh ?
